Watson & Holmes are our sleazy, boozy detectives. Quite unsuccessful and constantly broke they are always looking for new cases and clients. The cases they pretend to solve "the traditional way". In other words with magnifying glass, notebook and favorite Vodka Fanta. While Watson partly has genuine empathy, Holmes is more trigger-happy, yet intimidated quickly and often unlucky in love. Watson dreams of paradisiacal realms and of one day owning a lot of money, or being able to spend a lot of money especially. Holmes would mainly go down well with women and make an impression in front of people.

Basically, the two detectives are yet lovable characters. They feel sincere affection for each other, live together and share their lives and their work in a very reduced way.

Watson & Holmes sind unsere schmierigen, versoffenen Detektive. Recht erfolglos und ständig pleite sind sie immer auf der Suche nach neuen Fällen und Auftraggebern. Die Fälle geben sie vor, „auf die traditionelle Art“ zu lösen. Sprich mit Lupe, Notizheft und am liebsten Vodka Fanta. Während Watson teilweise über echtes Mitgefühl verfügt, ist Holmes eher schießwütig, dennoch schnell eingeschüchtert und oft unglücklich verliebt. Watson träumt von paradiesischen Gefilden und davon, eines Tages viel Geld zu besitzen, bzw. vor allem viel Geld ausgeben zu können. Holmes möchte hauptsächlich bei Frauen gut ankommen und vor anderen Leuten Eindruck machen.

Im Grunde sind die beiden Detektive dennoch liebenswerte Charaktere. Sie empfinden aufrichtige Zuneigung füreinander, wohnen zusammen und teilen ihr Leben sowie ihren Beruf auf sehr reduzierte Art und Weise.
